All product parameters, voltage specs, dimensions and certification information are clearly listed on each product page. Please confirm compatibility with your local household power grid and local import policies before checkout. - Eligible Return & Refund Scenarios
We support return/refund applications under the following conditions:
Products arrive with factory manufacturing defects, physical damage caused by logistics transit, or incorrect item shipped by our warehouse mistake;
Appliance fails to function normally under standard household usage within the stated warranty period due to original factory quality issues. - Non-Eligible Situations (No Free Return/Refund)
We do not accept unconditional returns for personal preference reasons after international shipment dispatch, including:
You purchased wrong voltage/model by personal misjudgment;
Product damage caused by improper installation, misuse, self-disassembly or unstable local power supply;
Customs duty, import tax and customs clearance refusal issues generated at your destination country are borne by the buyer, not eligible for full refund from ZWA. - Application Process
Submit your application with clear defect photos/videos and order number to [email protected] within 7 calendar days after parcel delivery;
Our support team will review your case within 2–5 working days and reply with return shipping guidance;
For confirmed quality issues, we will arrange replacement shipment or process refund after we receive and inspect the returned unit. - Shipping Fee Rule
Return freight for our warehouse fault / factory quality defects: covered by ZWA;
Return requests from personal preference reasons: all return and international shipping costs shall be undertaken by the buyer. - Warranty Clause
All ZWA home appliances enjoy standard manufacturer warranty. Warranty service does not cover consumable parts wear, artificial damage and abnormal use scenarios.
